Young Perps - October 17th, 2018 3:16 P.M. Petty Theft 23-Year-old Caucasian Male 5’7 was caught stealing a sex toy from an Adult Book Store in the Mall. The Perp claimed his name was Luke Kennedy, but his only form of ID turned out to be fake. The boy was noncompliant and unwilling to answer direct questions. The boy attempted to unlock the door when the guard was out of the room. “Luke” was stripped naked and examined thoroughly, but still resisted the officer. After his phone was confiscated and the guard threatened to call his parents, the boy begged for mercy. Since the boy admitted to a physical attraction to the officer, he was able to reach a compromise with the willing kid.
